About Us

All members of the WOREP team are part of Libraries & Media Services at Kent State University.

Julie Gedeon is Coordinator of Assessment. She has a background in evaluation and measurement and interests in information literacy assessment and effective use of educational technology.

Carolyn Radcliff is Reference and Instruction Librarian. She has worked as a reference librarian for more than a dozen years and is interested in assessment of instruction and reference services.

Barbara F. Schloman is Associate Dean for Public Services. She is interested in measures of library service quality and how professionals improve their practice.

Jan Winchell is Statistical Software Consultant. She provides individual faculty and student support for University-licensed statistical packages and research databases.
