About Us

All members of the WOREP team are part of University Libraries at Kent State University.

Julie Gedeon is Coordinator of Assessment. She has a background in evaluation and measurement and interests in information literacy assessment and effective use of educational technology.

Carolyn Radcliff is Reference and Instruction Librarian. She has worked as a reference librarian for twenty years and is interested in assessment of instruction and reference services.

Barbara F. Schloman is Associate Dean for Public Services. She is interested in measures of library service quality and how professionals improve their practice.
